A bunch type, dark green tur grass which overall will use less water than Kentucky Bluegrass yet will produce a normal healthy lawn. The deeper roots of Fescue are able to utilize deeper moisture, which does not evaporate as quickly. Tall Fescue utilizes deep watering on a less frequent basis which will keep it looking bright and green.
The seeding rate is 8-10 lbs/1000 ft²
