Red McIntosh Apple
Medium-sized round apples with a red and green skin that is tender and easy to peel. Great for fresh eating, applesauce, pies, and desserts. Cold tolerant; semi-dwarf. Discovered in Canada in the 1800s.
Partly self-fruitful; pollinators include Cortland, Red Delicious, Gala, and most white-blossomed crabapples.
