"I Don't Garden, I kill Everything!"

It can be easy to give up on gardening after a few failures, but failure is how you EARN a "Green Thumb".
You can have the garden you dream of, but it may take some trial and error. DONT GIVE UP! Just remember that dead plants make the best compost!
We too have lost some of our favorite flower friends and for some time we documented that loss with Haikus.

With death comes new life
But dead plants are a bummer
Move on, forget them.

The Winter Frost Fangs
Did claim these pretty flowers
We appreciate them

Oh So Majestic
Creepy cold claws of demise
oh so sad he dead

Their epic passing
What a Cystospore
The borers helped

They were too stoked
For the party under the stars
And they drank too much

Cursed is this Heat
Creating crispy tops and
rotting feet beneath

The Drowned downed
So far under the surface
what water plants fear

The jade ate the wild
that gingerly frosted
it European archangel

Hot malice filled
the prairie fire exploded
and crabs ate eighty apples ...

  to suffer winter
to never see spring again
 oh, Wichita blues.

 Dismiss the blue mist,
As it went dry in wet soil,
he suffered for days

 Oh Spanish Broom Plant
Although You Are Crispy Now
Lush Memories Stay

Chocolate scent and
A Happy yellow flower
 Gives way to death cries

ah the purple robe
it has been bored so long
 it's turned to dust

It got root rot
it stunk up the pot and got
stink on my hand... So I tossed it ...

This one is alive
and well, it goes in the hole
Not in the grave alone

They didn't make it
something happened we don't know
why that Shit sure sucks
