WARRANTY
Durango Nursery & Supply, Inc. warrants that nursery stock is true to name and will be in healthy, viable condition when it leaves the nursery.
Due to elements beyond our control, when plant material leaves the nursery, no warranty is expressed or implied as to the future health or survivability of this plant material.

Product Holding Policy
Plant material will be held at the request of our customers and at the expense of DNS for up to 30 days.
After 30 days, 15% of the purchase price will be charged monthly until pickup.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of the date that their material needs to be picked up.
No plant material will be held past December 1st regardless of the date it was flagged and purchased, even if this period is less than 30 days.
After December 1st, plant material that has not been picked up will be returned to Durango Nursery inventory with no option for a refund.
After 30 days, 15% of the purchase price will be charged monthly until pickup.

Return Policy
Cash returns for purchases under $100 are accepted, otherwise store credit will be issued or credit card payments refunded back to the original card used.
Container Stock:
Plant material brought back to the nursery for return will need to be inspected by a manager for approval.
If approved, a refund will be issued with a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.
If the plant material is not in its original condition or in poor health, it will not be accepted for return.
Examples of poor plant conditions include but are not limited to:
drought and/or heat stress, scraped bark, broken branches, dried-out foliage, etc.
No plant material will be accepted for return if purchased at a discounted price.
Plants that are held at the nursery but returned before they have left the nursery grounds will also be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Plant material that has been held at the nursery for 30 days or more will not be refunded or exchanged, for quality purposes.
Balled and Burlapped Stock:
All balled and burlapped plant material will not be accepted for return if it has left the nursery grounds.
Plants that are held at the nursery but returned before they have left the grounds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Balled and burlapped plants that have been held at the nursery for 60 days or more will not be refunded or exchanged, for quality purposes.
If materials are held for a customer by a Durango Nursery employee sight unseen, the customer is responsible for inspecting the plant material before it is picked up or delivered.
Hard Goods:
Hard goods products returned to the nursery, regardless of whether they ever left the nursery grounds, will be restocked at 15% of the purchase price and must be in original condition.
All sales are final on anything cut to order, such as pond liner, geotextile, row cover, and shade cloth.
