Welcome to Durango Nursery

Dedicated to inspiring and educating landscaping enthusiasts across the Four Corners with beautiful plants, excellent service, and helpful resources.

A Rich History

Founded in 1999 by Tom Bridge, a passionate horticulturist from New York, Durango Nursery has grown into a vibrant hub for gardeners and landscapers alike.

As of 2025, Durango Nursery is now owned by longtime team members Kylie Powers (General Manager) and Alena Rodman (Accounting Manager). Under their leadership, Durango Nursery is still committed to offering the best and largest selection of landscaping products in the Four Corners, providing expert service and innovative landscaping solutions, and fostering a community for environmental knowledge and inspiration.

Our Vision & Mission

Our mission at Durango Nursery & Supply is to provide a community hub and one-stop shop for gardeners and landscapers, from the hobbyist to the professional. We focus on providing high quality plant and hardscaping material, plus a myriad of other products to help cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces.

At Durango Nursery & Supply, we strive to...
1. Be valued by our customers for providing excellent customer service in a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment.
2. Be recognized by our employees as being a quality, close-knit company to work for, where voices are heard and everyone is encouraged to develop and grow both professionally and personally.
3. Grow with the green industry and continue to be a successful and profitable business while maintaining our  core culture of education, growth, respect and positivity.

Sustainable Practices

We strive to positively and thoughtfully impact land in the Southwest, considering economic vitality, environmental responsibility and the well-being of our people and community. In light of this, we have implemented the following sustainable practices at the core of our operations:

Water Conservation

Efficient drainage and irrigation systems paired with hand-watering practices are critical to our operations.

Native Plants

We offer native plants to customers and host established native species on our all across our property.

Renewable Energy

Five solar panels on the roof of our office building help to provide power to our administrative computers and garden shop.

Recycling & Reuse

Between single-stream recycling for our operations and offering the 'Free Pot Pile' to our community, we prioritize reusing our materials whenever possible.

Integrated Pest Management

Our experts employ organic, non-toxic pesticides and beneficial insects on plant materials requiring pest management.

Invasive Species Awareness

We deeply value the education, implemention, and sourcing of responsible plant material.
