We are starting 2024 with a new loyalty program as a fantastic way to save on your purchases at Durango Nursery and Supply, WITHOUT having to remember a Punch Card or that forgotten stash of Doggie Dollars!
How Do I Sign Up?
During your next visit to the nursery to set up your customer account! Be prepared to provide the following details; First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and any existing memberships including Garden Club Membership, Botanic Society, Military ID, or proof you are over the age of 60. Also bring in your previous punch cards or doggie dollars so they may be converted into our automatic point system. For every existing punch on a punch card, you can get 25 points, and every $1 value of Doggie Dollars is equal to 10! How do I use my account? During each check out process, inform your cashier that you are a club member. They will get your name and account pulled up to associate with each of your transactions so that you can earn or redeem points! How do I accumulate points? Just like the Doggie Dollars and Punch Cards these points will accumulate automatically on to your account based upon your purchases. These points cannot be earned from tax, services, fees, or on any discounted items, but you can earn 1 point per 1$ spent on full priced items. You can even earn points on full priced items in the same transaction as redeeming some of your existing points! How do I redeem Points? Points cannot be redeemed on discounted items, services, or fees, but can be redeemed on full priced items, gift cards, and tax. As your point balance accumulates it will be printed at the bottom of your receipt or can be told to you by any representative upon request. |
Punch cards and doggie dollars will no longer be accepted for use aside from converting them to a digital account points.

How is this better than the Punch Card?
First of all, it will be automatic! No more worries about forgetting your card at home or starting a new one. Second, it can be used on your own terms! With the punch cards and doggie dollars there were more strict rules about how/when they could be redeemed, and this program will give you the luxury of using your points on what you want most! Instead of spending $250 to get $25 back after all those transactions, now you can use $5 here and $10 there on purchases of your choice! Third (But certainly not the final benefit) this will also help us to organize your purchases so that if you don't have a receipt or forget what type of plant you bought in the past, we can help with that too!
