A hardy semi dwarf fruit tree that produces sweet, crisp, greenish fruit with a red "blush" to it that eventually features a yellowish color. The pears are 3”- 4” in length and 2.5” - 3.5” in width. The result of breeding experiments at the University of Minnesota Fruit Breeding Farm in 1933, it flowers and produces fruit on an annual basis and is resistant to fireblight. Harvest mid-August.
Needs a pollinator such as Parker.
