This semi-dwarf, cold-hardy Canadian native has a small to medium, egg-shaped fruit with a coarse, juicy flesh. Pale green with red stripes, the apple's mild sweet flavor is great for fresh eating, pies, sauce, and cider. Early bloom and harvest; fruit must be picked before full maturity in early August for storage or use.
