Beautiful, large, red clingstone fruits with gold flesh. This big producer bears sweet plums with some tartness near the skin and pit. Delicious when eaten fresh, cooked or canned. Originates from Santa Rosa, California in 1906. Ripens in July.

Self-pollinating; also an excellent pollinator for other Japanese plums.
