This semi-dwarf tree produces a medium-sized yellowish-green apple with soft, white flesh that has a sweet-tart flavor; great for applesauce, pies and freezing. It is a cross between Yellow Transparent and Montgomery Sweet, ideal for those that prefer a very sharp flavored apple. The fruit will keep for a few weeks in the refrigerator. Ripens in mid-July. Early season bloomer.
